The people who choose to drink tea on a daily basis showed a fifty percent decrease in the risk of developing neurocognitive disorders.

Another interesting thing to note here is that the tea was even more effective for people who were at a higher risk of developing the Alzheimer’s disease due to their genetic history. This group had an even higher reduced risk of around eighty-seven percent for the condition.
