Drink 1

-Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 liter of water

-Method

  • Remove the seeds and slice the apples.
  • Blend the apples then add water and lemon juice.
  • Blend them all together.
  • Pour the mixture in a pitcher or a jug and dip a stick of cinnamon inside.
Drink 2

-Ingredients

  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 2 slices of watermelon
  • 2 rosemary sticks
  • 2 liters of water

-Method

  • Blend the strawberries in a blender then add watermelon and water to it.
  • Blend all of the ingredients together.
  • Pour it in a big jug now and top with two sprigs of rosemary.

Drink 3

-Ingredients

  • 1 beetroot
  • Lemon juice as you lik
  • 1 glass of water

-Method

Cut beetroot into cubes and blend it with water and lemon juice.

Drink 4

-Ingredients

  • 1 cup of orange juice (organic)
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

-Method

Pour all the ingredients into the blender and mix them well.

Drink 5

-ingredients

  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 orange
  • 1 cucumber
  • A handful of mint leaves
  • Water as required

-Method

  • Slice all the above fruits and fill a large jug or pitcher with it.
  • Now toss some mint leaves in.
  • Add water.
Drink 6

-Ingredients

  • Green tea leaves as per taste
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 5-6 strawberries
  • 1 lemon
  • Sliced cucumber as required

-Method

  • Steep green tea leaves in boiled water and let it sit for 7 minutes.
  • Add honey and mix well.
  • Chill in the fridge.
  • Now add sliced cucumber, strawberries and lemon to the iced tea and chill more.
