- 2 apples
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Lemon juice
- 1 liter of water
- Remove the seeds and slice the apples.
- Blend the apples then add water and lemon juice.
- Blend them all together.
- Pour the mixture in a pitcher or a jug and dip a stick of cinnamon inside.
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 2 slices of watermelon
- 2 rosemary sticks
- 2 liters of water
- Blend the strawberries in a blender then add watermelon and water to it.
- Blend all of the ingredients together.
- Pour it in a big jug now and top with two sprigs of rosemary.
- 1 beetroot
- Lemon juice as you lik
- 1 glass of water
Cut beetroot into cubes and blend it with water and lemon juice.
- 1 cup of orange juice (organic)
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Pour all the ingredients into the blender and mix them well.
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 orange
- 1 cucumber
- A handful of mint leaves
- Water as required
- Slice all the above fruits and fill a large jug or pitcher with it.
- Now toss some mint leaves in.
- Add water.
- Green tea leaves as per taste
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 5-6 strawberries
- 1 lemon
- Sliced cucumber as required
- Steep green tea leaves in boiled water and let it sit for 7 minutes.
- Add honey and mix well.
- Chill in the fridge.
- Now add sliced cucumber, strawberries and lemon to the iced tea and chill more.
