Limit your caffeine and alcohol intake

There is no evidence that says caffeine and alcohol will cause endometriosis. But for the safe side, women suffering from endometriosis prefer not to take too much quantity of these.
No more processed foods
Processed foods are not good for health, not even for healthy women. People tend to eat processed foods because they are time saving. Reducing the processed food intake regardless of endometriosis is a good idea and it is also helpful for endometriosis patients.
As you know processed food have high amount of unhealthy trans fats, sugar and lack vital nutrients in it. They can promote pain and inflammation inside the body. If you were already suffering from endometriosis, an increased pain and inflammation would make the symptoms worse.
