Similarly, there are so many women who are frustrated due to their hot flashes and need treatment for it. Doctors usually recommend those ladies to have some contraceptive pills or antidepressants in the initial phase so that hot flashes can be avoided at maximum.
Some ladies also change their daily diet which works for them in this phase like they start avoiding the use of caffeine, cold water, smoking or alcohol at all. They also avoid natural spices in any food item.
